The summit is conducted in English. This is an international experience designed for leaders across Europe and beyond.
Day 3 offers two paths — both intentionally designed. You can join the guided walk to the summit, or choose a curated alternative on the ground. Two unique experiences, one at altitude, one closer to the ground — both designed to create clarity, perspective and insight. Neither is mandatory. Both are valuable.

The resort is located in Mieming, Tyrol, Austria. The nearest airports are Innsbruck (approx. 30 min) and Munich (approx. 1h45). We will share detailed travel recommendations with confirmed participants.
