Because the quality of the room matters as much as the quality of the program. With limited seats and a deliberately selected group, every conversation, dinner, and informal exchange carries weight. The application process protects that.
Your investment covers the full summit program, 3 nights all-inclusive accommodation at Alpenresort Schwarz, all meals and curated experiences throughout the event, full access to the 5.500 m² wellness facility, and the exclusive evening at Stöttl Alm. Flights are not included. Please note that alcoholic beverages and personal treatments within the wellness facility are not included and can be arranged directly on-site.
At €1.950, your partner is warmly invited to join the exclusive evening at Stöttl Alm and recharge in world-class surroundings — including a signature massage. It is a curated experience designed to complement the summit, not replicate it.
The rate of €3.250 is valid until 30 August. After that date, pricing increases. With limited seats and an application-based process, we strongly recommend not waiting.
The summit is conducted in English. This is an international experience designed for leaders across Europe and beyond.
Day 3 offers two paths — both intentionally designed. You can join the guided walk to the summit, or choose a curated alternative on the ground. Two unique experiences, one at altitude, one closer to the ground — both designed to create clarity, perspective and insight. Neither is mandatory. Both are valuable.
Absolutely — you are welcome to extend your stay and make the most of this exceptional location. For room availability and rates outside the summit dates, please contact the hotel directly at hotel@schwarz.at. They will be happy to assist you personally.
The resort is located in Mieming, Tyrol, Austria. The nearest airports are Innsbruck (approx. 30 min) and Munich (approx. 1h45). We will share detailed travel recommendations with confirmed participants.
In most cases, yes — the summit qualifies as a professional development investment. We recommend checking with your accountant for the specifics applicable to your situation and country.
Seats can be transferred to a colleague or peer within the same leadership profile. Cancellations are subject to our general terms and conditions, which will be shared upon confirmation of your invitation.
